Varsity Athlete

Men's Varsity Rugby Team, 1st XV

Played 4 seasons with the Western Mustangs Men's Rugby Team while balancing academics, internships, part-time jobs, clubs and my startup career. A typical season ran from late August to mid-November, with off-season training between January and March.

An average in-season week included 2 hour long practices 5 days a week, 1 hour long film sessions up to 2 times a week, and 2 to 3 mandatory work-outs, culminating in 1 game day per week. Off-season was less rigid, with 2 to 3 mandatory work-outs, and 2 light practices a week.
